Beautycounter highlighter contains castor oil, beeswax, and squalane. As for pigments, it uses mineral ones (vs petrolleum-based), such as mica, titanium dioxide, and iron oxides. This is great because it spares you the worry about petrolleum-associated contaminants, such as PAHs. Note that I don’t recommend all Beautycounter products as some contain phenoxyethanol.
