Seeking Health was established by Dr. Ben Lynch, a naturopath. He published a book called Dirty Genes.  His goal is to formulate supplements that actually get absorbed by our bodies. I like a lot of things he is doing including a bioavailable form of folate they offer.

Unfortunately, some of his products have California Proposition 65 warning. They say that is because they use natural ingredients. For example, raspberry in prenatal vitamin triggers California Proposition 65 but they want to keep it because it is so good for uterus. Their liquid supplements have natural flavor, which is a mixture of undisclosed ingredients. By the way, I showed their kids multivitamins to two pediatricians and they said that the amounts are too high. And last, some of their capsules contain microcrystalline cellulose, which is a nanoparticle material according to the EU.

I went through all their products and chose the ones I am comfortable using.

I’m not a medical doctor so please talk to your doctor about which supplements are right for you.
